Specializing in the R&D and manufacture of sanitary products since 1993, we at Teamex Plastic and Hardware Company (AQUAmate Group) operate five factories to serve you professionally for OEM/ODM projects. With an in-house specialized lab (certified by IAPMO), an in-house molding workshop, and a powerful R&D team comprising 35 professionals, we can help you render models specifically as you visualize. This strong capability allows us to obtain over 48 domestic patents and serve over 25 clients worldwide, including big buyers such as Home Depot, Masco and Wal-Mart. 500, 000 shower heads monthly.
While running our own electroplating plant equipped with automated production lines, we maintain a modern molding workshop staffed by 50 professionals and well-equipped with advanced tools such as CNC milling machines, EDM machines, mold-fitting machines and over 50 injection machines (25T-480T). Our 2, 500 staff members work in advanced facilities that include 18 efficient production lines at our manufacturing bases, which cover a total area of 155, 800 square meters, resulting in a massive monthly output including 500, 000 shower heads and 150, 000 shower panels.
